Patrick
Caporuscio was born and raised in the Motor City where
he learned acting and improvisational skills at MCCC,
the University of Detroit and The Second City.
Continued
studies include Keith Dinicol of Stratford and Dr Nancy
Arnfield for Shakespeare, as well as
Matt Janicki for stage combat.
Johnny
Dennis from London directed Pat in the one act Pinter
play "Crystal Palace".
Some
acting credits include "Fashion" with Emmy
award winning actress Cindy Watros( Guiding Light,
Titus, Drew Carey and Lost), Greensboro
"A Requiem" and Bingo the Show cast by
Keegan Michael Key.
Pat
also had a co-starring role in " Take a Drink
" with Tim Allen, as well as being featured
in Billy Crystal's HBO movie "61".
Off
Broadway credits include roles as Father Mark and Sal
the photographer in "Tony and Tina's Wedding".
Also "Flanagans Wake" as Flanagan, produced by
David and Joseph Nederlander.
Also,
student ensemble shows at The Second City Detroit and
dozens of improvisational troupes and locations
throughout the midwest and Canada.
He
is also a founding member of the Improv comedy troupe
" Void Where Prohibited", which has performed
thousands of interactive improvisational comedy
shows and has appeared on Comedy Central, the FX-3
Comedy tour and the Such and Such Canadian comedy tour.
Pat
and his comedy partner also won the Master Card Comedy
acts in 1997 with " Whose on First."
TV
and radio writing credits include the WB's sketch comedy
show "Switchplay TV", CSB Bank, Direct Deposit
, Take 5 news magazine, Shelby TV, and Void the improv
Radio show.
Pat
also developed an audience interactive show for the Auto
Show which ran at the Detroit Auto Show and toured the
midwest for Daimler Chrysler from 1998 -2003. |
